SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All pieces are handmade and shipped

directly from my studio in Seattle.

Orders are packed with care to ensure your glass arrives safely.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may be longer and will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Methods
I ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your package is on its way.

Packaging
Every piece is wrapped and boxed with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. I take packing seriously — it’s glass, after all.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and your location.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is out of my hands. If your package is delayed or lost, I’ll do my best to help guide you through the claim process.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you with a replacement or refund (when applicable).

Return & Exchange Policy

At made by MiNHi, satisfaction is very important with your handmade glass goods and sculptures.

For all ready-made items purchased from my shop, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unused, in its original condition, and safely packaged for the return shipment. Once I receive the item, I will issue a refund for the cost of the artwork (shipping costs are non-refundable).

If any item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the piece and packaging so I can file a claim with the carrier and help determine next steps.

Custom Artwork:
Custom commissions are created specifically for you and involve significant planning, labor, and studio resources, so custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges. I take care to provide sketches, updates, photos/video and clear communication throughout the process to ensure your piece aligns with your vision.

My goal is to support you in feeling confident and cared for while also maintaining a sustainable studio practice. If you have any questions, just reach out—I'm here to help.
