Payment Structure

Design Fee — 15% (non-refundable)
Required to begin project sketches, concepts, and planning.

Production Deposit — 45% (non-refundable)
Required to begin fabrication. Covers materials, glass, color, mirroring chemicals, studio costs, and labor.

Final Payment — 40%
Due before shipping or delivery. Artwork does not leave the studio until final payment is received.
